Is this a personality test?

No. Most personality tests (like Myers-Briggs) are based on psychology and self-reporting (what you think about yourself). Our method is based on mechanics. It maps your energetic blueprint based on fixed data, providing a consistent "user manual" that doesn't change with your mood.

Why do you need my birth data?

Your birth data (date, time, place) provides the mathematical coordinates needed to generate your Leadership Graph. It is simply the coordinates needed to generate the map. The value lies in the clarity of the output, not the underlying philosophy behind the method.

What methodology do you use?

We use a synthesis of Human Design and Gene Keys, translated into practical business language. We call it Leadership DNA — a framework that maps innate strengths, decision strategies, and interaction patterns with high precision.
